Something sweet after the heat
Peri peri is about heat, so the end of the meal needed something cold. The shakes are 16 oz, blended thick, with the syrup swirled around the inside of the cup rather than stirred in, so every pull on the straw is a little different. Nutella, Biscoff, and mango are the ones people come back for.
The Biscoff Blitz started as an experiment and stayed on the menu because people kept asking for it: Lotus Biscoff cookies dipped in vanilla pancake batter, fried until the outside is crisp and the inside goes soft, then topped with French vanilla ice cream, Biscoff crumbs, and more syrup.
